Responsibilities:

• Developing ERP Practice strategy, Delivery & Quality standards to drive across all IT functions.

• Collaborates with Oracle alliance, sales and solutions architects in the development and presentation of customer solutions.
• Good understanding of the Global Delivery Model & local market.
• Manage and drive medium to large departmental or company-wide technology projects.
• Matrix manage cross functional teams including IT and business resources.
• Collaborate with the Program Management Office to share and enhance best practices.
• Provide leadership and mentoring for PMO team on best practices.

Skills:

• MBA with a total of 8 to 15 years experience, out of this some part could be industry experience i.e. working in non IT experience. This is to be followed by about 5-9 years experience in Oracle applications implementation.
• 1-2 years should be in a presales, management and delivery capacity for Oracle EBS suite.
• Must be capable of independently taking up lead in customer engagements and ability to mobilize requisite skill-sets to position value-based proposition.
• Knowledge of Information Technology and Software Development Life Cycle. Exposure to AIMS Methodologies.
• Experience of working with senior levels for negotiating and closing deals.
• Outstanding leadership, time management and organization skills. Able to manage a team from 10 to 35 people.
• Experience in preparation of proposals, SOW, bid documents contracts etc.
• Experience of Working in industry verticals like Retail, Investment Management, Call center etc.
